I finally decided to take the plunge and got around to setting up a wordpress blog. Blogging certainly appeals to me eventhough I am not certain whether there’ll be a soul out there who’s going to stumble upon this blog and after his first visit retrace his steps back to read another entry.

I am excited about this wordpress blog where I would like to share some thoughts, communicate with other like-minded souls across the globe, reconnect with some fellow friend bloggers, and be able to update my friends and family on what goes around my everyday existence. I have been inspired by my friend bloggers who have patronized my previous blog and supported me all throughout, even when I was on the verge of abandoning it. I will be inviting them over and hopefully they accept my invitation. I also hope to meet new friends here.

Why August Clouds? It is because there was one cloudy day in August when I felt like I was the happiest person in the world. And each time I remember it, my heart swells with happiness and sings with joy. This blog will remind me always of that day.
